Lumberton Children’s Clinic is located at 400 Liberty Hill Rd. in Lumberton, NC and provides comprehensive health care services from birth to age 21.  Established in 1954, the office has proudly served Robeson County for over 60 years and offers several physicians, midlevel providers, and staff under the leadership of Medical Director Alese Hunt, MD.

Lumberton Children’s Clinic is open evenings, weekends, and on most holidays for emergency visits. These hours are available to all Children’s Health of Carolina, PA, patients, regardless of your home office.

• We accept Medicaid and most major insurance plans, including Tricare.

• We are not accepting walk-ins at this time. Appointments must be made in advance.

Services

• ADHD evaluations and treatment.

• Dental fluoride varnishing.

• RN case management.

• Health coach.

• Breastfeeding services.

• 24-hour RN directed nurse triage with direct access to on-call provider available by calling Lumberton's clinic and following the prompts to speak with a nurse after hours.

• Minor injuries.

• Case management.

• Sick visits, including RSV, Flu, and COVID-19 testing.

• Sports, camp and school physicals.

• Well-child visits.

• Child and family counseling with Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• Women's health.

• No walk-ins, but same-day visits may be available (must call for appointment availability).
   

To better meet the needs of our patients, Lumberton Children’s Clinic now offers minor procedures in the office. These procedures include:​

• Minor suturing.

• Wart destruction.

• 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday

• 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Monday-Thursday

• 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday and most holidays

• 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
