Children’s Health of Carolina, PA, is currently one of the largest private pediatric corporations in North Carolina. Our offices serve more than 95,000 families and average 120,000 office visits a year. Our largest office, Children's Health Lumberton, offers night and weekend emergency hours to any of our patients, no matter which of our locations they regularly visit. Children’s Health of Carolina, PA comprises four offices: Children’s Health Lumberton, Children’s Health Fayetteville , Children's Health Pembroke and Children's Health Raeford.
In addition the offices above, Robeson Child Health Plus is located in the Robeson County Health Department. As a collaborative effort between Children’s Health of Carolina, PA, and the Robeson County Health Department, the Robeson Child Health Plus clinic was established in 1998.
The Children’s Health of Carolina, PA hospitalist program provides a pediatrician to Southeastern Regional Medical Center Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This physician manages the pediatric inpatient care and provides consultations in the emergency department throughout the day. At Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, our pediatricians provide services to unattached newborns on a regular basis.
In addition to night and weekend hours, Children's Health of Carolina, PA offers nursing advice services through UNC HealthLink—based in Chapel Hill— for additional after-hours advice. The HealthLink care team can provide basic information and can contact with the local, on-call providers, if needed.
