Children's Health Fairmont Clinic is now open! Our Fairmont clinic is located at 202 Leesville Street in Fairmont, NC and provides comprehensive health care services from birth to age 21.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Monday through Friday

Saturdays at Lumberton and Fayetteville Offices:
